For the first time ever, F45 is operating two separate workouts at once. Deuces is a split-resistance workout where members can choose which workout they do; upper or lower body. Choose wisely - either workout you choose will ignite a fire within your body!
🔴Moon Hopper:
Moon Hopper offers the ultimate in variety - this 18 station session rotates through
resistance, isolation and functional resistance exercises to improve strength and build lean muscle.
