Here's to my former team Raving Lunatics. Still rocking this awesome jersey from PBH, another old skool brand that once rocks the paintball scene.
Shout out to the protege guys..do not go back disheartened. Regroup, and discuss/reflect what went wrong, don't be shy to give an honest 360 feedback to ur teammates and also to admit ur own mistakes/weakness. Don't sugarcoat just to please pple. Paintball isn't just abt theories...its more abt putting urself in the field and grind it out. Lotsa techniques out there...but choose wat works for you.
I hope to inspire u guys. Do not stop grinding. After 8 yrs...

Throwback to last weekend's Singapore Paintball Series (SPS) 2017 SPS500 Event 2, where Lunatics Protege clinched the 2nd place for Division 4. The team is getting stronger and forging great team chemistry and manage to be consistent after a rocky start at the beginning of 2016 when the team was initially formed. All this wouldn't be possible without the support of our home field, School of Paintball, Benny Neo, Melvin Ong, Johnny Wu and Wilson Wong for tirelessly crewing for us. Another great and well run event by by the SPS organising commitee, and kudos to Ben Seow, Jane Koh, Vincent Tay, Dom Foo, Damien & Azman and many other staffs of Red Dynasty field and most importantly to the zebra crew, the marshals that maintain order on the field. To the media crew and contributors, we would like to say thank you to Zul Photography, Aerial Shark, Fedodedo media, Kelvin Ngui photography and also Snake Runner Films for all the effort in supporting and promoting Singapore paintball scene and making it alive, colourful and vibrant to what it is today. To our sponsors Drom paintball and Ansgear paintball, thank you for all the much needed support for us to pursue our passion. Till the next time, see you guys on the field.

It is with the heaviest of hearts and the deepest of sorrows that we offer our condolences on the passing of Eddy Yakob and Zul Zuraimeyakub's mother.

Please keep her in your thoughts and spare a prayer so her soul may be placed amongst the righteous..

We had a big turnout for the SPS 500 Event 2. The seniors played the 3-men e-marker event & the rest formed 2 teams, Lunatics Protege & Lunatics Fusion to play the 5-men mechanical event. Credits to Azman of Snake Runner Film for the summary of what went down for the recent SPS500 2016 Event 2. In a nutshell, the SPS500 was introduced earlier this year with good response from the players as it consumes less on paints and increased the tempo of the game. In the recently concluded Event 2, another new variable was added as in the W centrefield bunker. Do you charge or do the teams hold their zones? Do watch this locally made vid to find out more.

I personally have the same style as Scott and I prefer to teach it to newer players. With the outside leg down, you see how his hips are pointed out the bunk...

Congratulations to Lunatics Protégé team for breaking the jinx and earning your very first team medal and clinching 1st Runner Up position last Sunday at the SPS 500 Event 2. All this wouldn't be possible without the well organised event by the staff of Red Dynasty Paintball Park, Ben Seow, Jane Koh and the marshalls that maintained order on the field. We would also like to thank Drom Paintball, School of Paintball and Zul Photography for always supporting us.

Player feature - Muhd. Haikal, student. We picked him up towards the end of last yr after posting randomly online about learning about speedball. Fast forward to about 6 months later, has played 4 tournaments with his newly formed team called, Lunatics Protégé where he's a core member and putting in his time almost every week at the field. We wish you all the best in your studies as well as paintball, Haikal. Talking bout mission statement & vision, yes some would think paintball is still very expensive but for Lunatics, yes we are nuts, we will do whatever we can to help groom young players; students to reach their full potential at very low cost. We figured if they are hooked on a hobby, they will stay away from bad company & delinquent activities. We also like to thank bro, Zaki Jalil for taking this pic & many other of teams training today at School of Paintball (SOP).
