At JRT Volleyball Academy, we believe that effective communication is a partnership between the academy and our families.
Before every athlete joins our programme, we provide the term schedule in advance so that families can plan ahead.
Every enrolment also comes with access to our booking system, where class schedules can be viewed at any time. For important updates, we communicate through email and our official social media channels.
We recognise that reminders are appreciated, and where possible, we may send them as a goodwill gesture.
However, reminders should never replace the schedules and information that have already been provided.
Our responsibility is to communicate clearly and provide multiple avenues for families to access important information. We take that responsibility seriously.
Likewise, we encourage parents to play their part by referring to the published schedules, checking their booking information, and recording important dates in their own calendars.
This shared ownership helps minimise misunderstandings and ensures that every athlete arrives prepared for training.
At the heart of our academy is the belief that accountability is a life skill. Just as we expect our athletes to take ownership of their training, we believe the same principle applies to everyone supporting their journey.
When both the academy and our families fulfil their respective responsibilities, we create an environment built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to our athletes' long-term development.
