The Reformer is an amazing apparatus that accommodates according to individual level and needs whether you are a beginner or advanced. It’s never too late to include Pilates in your life.

! It’s been a long week of setting up along with the new challenges that come with it. During my ‘separation’ from the , I did less Pilates and more gym equipment which was…fine. However, since my beloved reunion with the Reformer, I am realising how much stretching is needed and more attention is required for my smaller muscles. Moving can take a lot of the . So one of my old time favourites is the lunge - working the hips and thigh muscles with resistance (as opposed to lunges on the floor). Such a small movement makes a big difference! (I will probably be saying this a lot!). And you? What happens to your body when you experience a significant event (ie moving, change of place) in your life?
