Reading these beautiful words from Karen, one of the women on our Glastonbury pilgrimage, it was this part that stayed with me:
“I felt safe, emotionally held, intimately seen.”
Beyond the sacred sites and the experiences we share, this is what I hope to offer: a space where you can arrive as you are. Where your tenderness is welcome, your laughter belongs, and there is no expectation to have it all figured out.
Holding a pilgrimage means tending to the practical details as lovingly as the ceremonial ones. Knowing when to guide, when to pause, and when to leave room for something none of us could have planned. Making time not only to experience the wonder, but to let it settle.
And then there is what each woman brings. The stories, the kindness, the glorious humour. Those little moments of recognition when a stranger begins to feel like a friend. 🤍
Karen happened to just "find me through the ether", and came all the way from Alaska, just trusting in the call of her heart
Thank you for these generous words, for your trust, and for bringing your own medicine to our circle. It was a privilege to walk beside you in Avalon.
Perhaps these words stir a little remembering in you, too. If you feel called to join me on the 2027 Glastonbury pilgrimage, send me a message — I would love to hear from you.
