Dear all ,
Valued Customers

We regret to inform you that Ammel Prawning would be closing due we are still unable to locate a larger pond for our operation.

Our current pond at Punggol Marina County Club is too small, it is hard to maintain the safe distancing control as its maybe too crowded at times. As well as weather conditions we may not be able to operate at times due to rain or hot weather in the afternoon. Once we are able find a larger pond with more comfortable environment for our operation we may resume the business at the new location.

For those who have leftover hours, please use them before closing as kept hours would not be refunded.
Time being we stop selling 10 hours card

We will be closing on the 27th December 2021.

1. Supporting Period: 6 months from date of hire, subject to extension based on operational requirements

2. Normal Working hours: Mon to Fri, excluding Public Holidays (9am to 6pm) with 1-hour lunch break (non-payable).

JOB PURPOSE

Processes orders and oversees the cycle of order fulfillment. Responsible for handling and making sure there are smooth operations of the daily routine work to be carried out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of service provisioning responsibilities such as order processing, account maintenance, error rectification, and document check to ensure completeness and accuracy of customer’s application

Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely service delivery to customers

Able to resolve escalating issues arising from Operations and coordinate with other departments

Prepare daily statistic and/or weekly report for Operations

Assists in handling paper work and ensure proper filing of all documentation

Any ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Meticulous, independent, organized, and able to work under pressure

Possess a keen to learn attitude and take initiative in their work

Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Payment

$13 per hours (Weekly Payment)

Partly Work from home

Reporting Toa Payoh (Jackson Sq)

Monday till Friday

9am till 6pm

Able to start immediately

Job Training provided
