🚨 MINOR PLOT TWIST.

Our celebration dinner is being rescheduled.

The Weirdoughs initially thought they were catering for normal human beings.

Then they realised that we were gymbros and gymgals.

Apparently, “high protein”, “bulking season” and “post-turf games recovery” require significantly more food than anticipated.

The kitchen has requested additional time to increase production capacity, reinforce the pantry and emotionally prepare the sourdough.

If you’re planning to come for class on Saturday, 15 August...
..you’ll have the entire gym to yourself. 😏

Our entire coaching team has collectively decided to disappear for a perfectly acceptable reason.

We’ll be competing, coaching, screaming, cheering, cramping and probably questioning our life choices at the Singapore Turf Games Festival alongside many of our incredible BFT Tai Seng athletes. 💙

So there will be **NO CLASSES** on 15 August.

Instead, come join us and cheer the team on!
