What a great ending to the month of September. Completed my 100 Hrs Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga certification with .wellness.

One month of intense theory and practical training and the fruit is finally ready to be served. Thank you .ahya for the wonderful, in-depth training you had curated.

I would like to thank all my batch mates .and.postures and of course my favourite yoga partner for being part of this journey and making it even more interesting and knowledgeable 🙏🏽

The pose is not about how deep you can go but about how to do it right. Points to note :
