Your level. Your variation.

He is working through parallel bar dips. An advanced body weight movement designed to target the chest and triceps.

Behind him, she is working through bench dips. A beginner-intermediate body weight movement targeting the exact same muscles.

Training is not about everyone doing the same exercise. It is about finding the right variation, then progressing from there.

Wherever you’re starting, we’ve got you covered.

A curl. A press. An overhead triceps extension.

Complex movements are not about making an exercise look complicated. They are about controlling each position, maintaining good mechanics, and moving with intent.

That is where coaching matters. The coach is there to ensure control of the movement, not just count the reps.

Nidhi had tried to stay consistent before. This time, she had structure.

A programme that gave her direction. Coaches who pushed her. And a community that made showing up feel a little less like a negotiation with herself.

The result: 6kg lost, 4% body fat down, and a squat that doubled in just three months.

Procrastination is easy.
Progress usually starts with simply showing up.

Sleeves are optional.

Good technique is not.

Keep the elbows steady, control the cable, and let the triceps earn their keep.

Arm day, with fewer distractions.

The face pull is not a competition with the cable stack.

Set it up right. Keep the elbows high. Pull towards the face. Rotate with control.

If your whole body has to join in, the weight is too heavy. Adjust accordingly.

Two kids. A full-time HR career. Twenty years of lower back problems.

Alicia decided it was time to prioritise strength.

Now she trains 5 to 6 times a week, with coaches who pay attention to the details and know when to push.

70kg deadlift from 20kg.
Body fat down from 32% to 24-25%.

Her advice is simple: strengthen your body.

You do not have to be the strongest in the room.

Just be willing to show up, put in the work, and keep getting better.

Different people. One room. One community.

Everyone is welcome at Techniq.

Good coaching is often a matter of inches.

A small adjustment in elbow position, wrist alignment, or range can change how a movement feels and where the work goes.

The coach watches. The member learns. The rep gets better.

Pooja did not think she was a gym person.

At 50, she noticed changes in her strength and knew it was time to do something about it. Her husband, already training at Techniq, convinced her to join.

Today, she trains 3 to 4 times a week and has taken her deadlift from 30kg to 95kg.

Stronger body. Better-fitting clothes. Greater confidence.

Strength training is not about fighting getting older. It is about getting better at it.

A strong rep starts before the weight moves.

Set the hinge. Brace the trunk. Then pull with intent.

Good strength training is not about making the exercise look harder. It is about making every part of the movement deliberate.
