I have an upcoming run for "The Art Of Closing"
5th - 6th Jan 2023

I would like to invite all sales professionals, business owners, financial advisors, realtors and even interested personnel.

This isn't some free event that promises you success after completing the course.

Let's be honest and clear with one thing. Success cannot be bought. We all have to earn it through our own dedication and hard work.

But you can achieve success within a shorter period of time without going through EVERYTHING yourself.

Thinking you can save money by not paying to learn or thinking of googling everything that you are unsure or unclear of.

That's a beggar's mindset, which isn't quite right for someone who wants success badly.

Last night, we celebrate Argentina's victory over France in the World Cup 2022.

Argentina's Lionel Messi has unquestionably been named the GOAT. Many people may not even know what the term "GOAT" signifies.

GOAT - Greatest Of All Times

It took him 17 years to clinch the trophy that millions couldn't even come close. Not to mention their bitter defeat during the group stages against Saudi Arabia.

What would this have taught us all?
1) How you start is not as important as how you finish.
2) To become the GOAT of your field, you might take 17 years just like Lionel Messi, but as long as you persevere on, success will be yours.

If you are having trouble finding success, whether it be in sales or business. I'm hoping you'll persevere and get through those challenging times.

They say our mind is the most powerful tool we possess. Do you agree?
I do. Because every decision that was made and every ex*****on that we take, is all under the command of our mind.
If you are currently failing in your career, relationship, marriage, health or etc. It has to do with your mind.
As a coach, I will cite some examples for you.
If you have failed in 2022, missing your sales targets, let it go.
If you have failed to achieve the target profits or even revenue for your business, let it go.
Start afresh and start right. Do not repeat 2023 with the same old you. Acknowledge your shortcomings, work on it. Do not try to deceive yourself with the "new year, new me" resolution come 31st Dec, 2359hrs. Those are just as fake as the imitation goods you see in China, Shenzhen.
If you are really determined to achieve and make changes. It starts with you. Nobody can help you if you do not want to help yourself. Not even a coach like myself.
So, when you are ready to control your life, remember that it starts with your mind.

Rest. Why? Because life is too important than to have lack of rest that would affect your work and personal wellbeing. If you want to succeed in anything. Resting is the key to achieving it. Not content and knowledge only. While you are resting, give your body the time to recover and boost your next checklist! Have a great Monday evening and remember to have a GOOD REST.

Your attitude in life determines everything.

Work - If you have the appropriate mindset, you can overcome any difficulties you may encounter and rise to the occasion.

In a relationship or marriage, there will always be differences in the perspectives of the two people involved. You can decide to have a flexible mindset and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts.

You'll encounter countless obstacles in life, including problems that seem nearly insurmountable. But if one has the right mentality, they can always do things right and come out on top.

What attitude do you want right now? It will always be a never-say-die mentality and an optimistic attitude for me. With these two attitudes, I have faced all of my challenging situations with tremendous success and amazing results.

I hope your Sunday is off to a good start, but even if it isn't, you can still make the most of it. Because attitude is everything.

Part 3/3 - Hunger.
Having the appetite to constantly keep yourself hungry for more is crucial.

When salesmen first enter the profession, they always consider the sky to be the limit. a burning desire for success and a drive to make as much money as possible.

Some people succumb to complacency and lose sight of their "Goal" and "Motivation" over time. Just enough to get by or similar to an office worker.

Those still thriving are those who can keep themselves hungry and always seeking out new "highs."

Last but not least, individuals who remain mediocre and fail to see the need for change start to feel worn out and believe they are not "cut" out for sales, making it hard for them to reach higher levels.
If you FEEL it and the above sounds familiar. You must look for help. I sincerely hope you are able to escape the unpleasant environment and find a coach or mentor that can help you.

We are less than 1 month away from starting 2023. Don't waste another year and start off the wrong foot.

Count your blessings if you were able to find a coach or mentor who perfectly complements you. These monies were wisely spent. You wouldn't want to learn how many innocent, naive individuals like yourself have shelled out thousands of dollars for the services of top coaches just to discover that they were useless. Paying more for coaches with a strong reputation doesn't guarantee your success. The up-and-coming coaches are typically the most credible and charismatic, making them the greatest choice for you.

You know why, right? These coaches aspire to be the best; they will do everything in their power to excel and deliver value. In terms of the best coaches who have already reached their prime, they don't need you to bring them any higher.

Part 2/3 - Focus
Keeping FOCUSED is arguably as challenging as maintaining self-control in Part 1/3.
But occasionally, things happen in this way. We are powerless.

I'll take "playing games" as a reference.
It's comparable to playing a mobile game that demands you pass two really challenging levels in order to move on to the next one. But once you've finished them, you'll be in a different class or tier than the other players.

In any case, if you have problems concentrating. Consider cutting them into manageable parts for consumption. Try one hour if you find it difficult to focus and stay on target for two hours straight. Maintain it for a while, then gradually raise it. Simply put, it needs more practice.
