📖 Each of us is living out our own story. If you are God’s child, you have been invited into a much bigger story. There is an author of your story, but the author is not you. Better than anything impressive that a good story can weave together, your life story is a plot of wisdom and grace ✒ written by God - the best author of all.

🙌🏻 Imagine every twist of the plot is for the best outcome. Every unexpected event or new character is a tool of His grace. And each new chapter in your story advances His purpose in your life!

Even if you think your story is becoming predictable, but the mysteries of God’s providence came into play, forcing it both in uncharted and new directions. Even if you can’t see a satisfying ending yet... take heart ❤️💪🏻❤️ God is writing your story to completion.

His providence can, at times, read like a mystery novel; but in the end, His story line for those who trust Him is always filled with wonders and victories.

Everyday is a gift from God 🎁❤️ Imagine this: Each new day, we get a reset button! Meaning we get another opportunity to reinvent ourselves, a fresh chance to make better choices, serve others better, and simply live better.

This perspective gives me a clear direction on how I can invest in my day. It motivates me to seek and activate the potential gifts (given by the Holy Spirit) that can empower me to become a blessing to others.

It can be a gift of encouragement where you are able to speak refreshing and life-giving words to others. It can be God-given enthusiasm where you feel passionately about certain issues or ideas that can drive a positive change. Or it can be a skill or talent that enables you to use them for the good of others and the glory of God.

This is what God calls you to every day. To delight in the everyday gifts that He provides for you!

Overnight Oats is one of my favourite go-to breakfast because it's:
👉🏻 Fast and easy to prep
👉🏻 Flexible in flavours
👉🏻 High in fibre

Let the oats soak in milk (I use lactose-free milk alternatives) in the fridge overnight. Next morning, serve it with yogurt and nutritious toppings like fruits, chia seeds, almond flakes, cocoa nibs, etc. My secret is to put together something colourful because colours make me happy! 😘😉😍

On my journey of discovering the best version of myself I have come to realise that I often fall into the trap of thinking that I can already guessed what are the possible outcomes. But the Lord never fails to surprise me. It often exceeds my wildest expectations of how He works in His own time and in surprising ways!

With God, it's always onwards and upwards ✨❤️ So don't judge your journey before it's over.

Eating smart starts with planning for it. Setting S.M.A.R.T goals can propel your eating habits to the next level! Here're some examples:

1. Are you trying to cook fresh meals more often?
Try this goal 👉🏻 I will cook a meal from scratch for dinner this week. I will do this every Friday.

2. Want to make healthier meals at home?
Try this goal 👉🏻I will use one of these different cooking methods (bake, broil or steam) each week.

3. Trying to eat healthier snacks?
Try this goal 👉🏻I will have a piece of fruit (apple, banana, blueberries) or a handful of nuts (walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds) instead of having biscuits or toast with coffee as a snack.

How to get "SMART"?
✅ Be specific.
✅ Let your goal be measurable & attainable.
✅ Set a realistic time-frame.
