π Spiritual Wellness: Spending time with the Lord through reading and hearing His Word gives me the most satisfaction out of my day.
π Emotional Wellness: Empowering myself with optimism, practising self-forgiveness and learning to let go of matters that are not within my control.
π Physical Wellness: Getting 8 hours of sleep, eating nutrient-rich meals, and doing my favourite sports rejuvenates me from head to toe.
