This little chilli padi has been nicknamed “Flying girl” by the team because at her first attempt with the ropes, she went flying along with it. But now, she may be small in size but strong in power. When she’s not in the gym, cycling, eating and chilling “is they way to go.”

When we asked her, “What is it about that you love?”

Buddies - my station/workout buddies, to the sweating and pushing each other thru the session to the after class chill and chat sessions.

Fun - you can expect something DIFFERENT everyday. Be it the reps. the exercises. the number of stations. All I have to do is: PUT ON my favourite ‘sports uniform’ - feel good + SHOW UP and the FUN will come!

Trainers - W/o the trainers, there’s no BFT KOVAN. Passionate. Empowering. Fun-loving. They are always there to correct your form, push you beyond what you imagine you could do and encourage you - ‘ LAST PUSH!! 10s left’!!
