Responsibilities & Roles

- Assisting customers to find the recommended goods and products through your recommendation
- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service
- Answering enquiries from customers on site and online
- Assisting in dispute and after-sales
- Ensuring store tidiness and cleanliness
- Ensuring stocks are well displayed and stocked
- Ensuring pre-determined sales target are met
- Keeping up to date with special promotions
- Balancing cash registers with receipts

Who Are We Looking For

- Experience in sales preferred
- Driven individuals with outgoing personality, great communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in public engagement
- Able to handle bicycles
- Able to work as a team
- Proficient in English and a second language
- Basic computer skills
