Looking back at a journey that began on the hockey fields of Matale, where my love for the game started at school level, I’m reminded of how far the sport took me.

From school hockey to Mercantile Hockey, Sampath Bank Hockey, CH & FC, and eventually representing Sri Lanka Hockey as Vice Captain 🇱🇰🏑 — every match, every training session, every teammate and every challenge played a part in shaping who I am today.

🏑 The hockey field built my foundation.
💪 Fitness became my passion.
🔥 And the journey continues…
