At 65, Roderick is a powerlifter who lifts some seriously impressive weights. 🙌

Issroy's been on both sides of this journey, and he knows exactly what changes when you commit to yourself.

After a period away from the weights, Mr Woon decided to return, wanting to improve his mobility and build strength.

From it being painful at times to walk, over the past two years training with us at ReFormd Personal Training, he is now able to lift and progress in load, dart around faster, and drive the ball further on the golf course, a sport he has always loved. With his dedication to his training and lifestyle mixed with Kester's belief in pushing him for more reps and greater intensity, safely and strategically, he is mobile, strong, and independent in his 70s.

Six months ago, Sumit was already active, playing golf and training his upper body regularly. He came to ReFormd wanting to improve his mobility, flexibility, and lower body strength.

Together with Pierrson, he went from pushing 10kg on the leg press to over 50kg for reps. He also lost 8kg along the way, not his original goal, but one that translated to better cardio and overall health.

It wasn't excessive training or extreme diets that got him there. It was learning the right techniques and staying consistent through a structured programme.
