OUR MOVING DAY IS ALMOST HERE!
I am so very excited for the future. I am beside myself for my children to experience the ENDLESS BLUE SKIES, the SOOTHING BIRD SONG with Jurassic overtones, and those hypnotising AUSTRALIAN HORIZONS.
I have so many plans and ideas swirling in my head for the next step. For the next chapter, I ENVISION an ONLINE SWEAT CO FORMAT, through an app or Zoom, as well as in person with ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING IN ADELAIDE.
I AM A BETTER HUMAN BECAUSE OF YOU SWEAT CO
Sweat Co, you have witnessed my growth, with all the ups and downs and lumps and bumps in between, as a business owner and fitness trainer. It hasn’t been smooth. I have learned I need to set firm boundaries, and I have also learned empathy as a trainer.
Communicating with empathy and understanding did not come naturally to me, I have had to work on it and LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES, and there have been many. I have discovered my limitations, that it’s not me, there is only so much I can do, and WHEN TO WALK AWAY from a situation, client, or colleague.
I AM SO PROUD OF SWEAT CO
Running Sweat Co has been a period of personal growth that I AM SO SERIOUSLY PROUD OF. I AM PROUD of the human I have become. I AM PROUD of the business owner I have learned to be, with all the hard decisions that come with this responsibility. I AM PROUD of the community we have built. I love that I can walk through my neighbourhood and I will see a Sweat Co member or one of their children or partners or fur babies, we will wave and stop for a chat while their fur baby gives me a WET LICK.
To walk away from this is not easy. The pull for a new chapter and the yearning for my Singapore-born Australian boys to experience something like my childhood growing up as a FREE-RANGE FERAL AUSSIE KID is too much.
I am going to miss you all so very much. I feel confident that I have done the best possible job in ensuring the SWEAT CO SPIRIT LIVES ON. Coach Felicia has got you covered, BURN SQUAD, you are ready to FEEL THE BURN.
