Karen fell in love with reformer pilates while nursing a broken hand arm pilates. She believes in moving with purpose and striving towards a better version of oneself from one practice to another. She aims to create a fun and nurturing environment for all everyone to thrive, not just physically but being connected as one.

She enjoys french variety remixes and POP music. Out of office, she swims, plays golf, enjoys a chill evening walk with her dog.
