EMPWR comprises a team of fitness coaches who have been in the fitness industry for over a decade. Through their experience and passion of helping their clients to achieve the healthiest and fittest version of themselves

, they realised the importance of functional performance to stay competitive in the sport you love or simply to prevent injuries to allow you to live life to its fullest. Hence, EMPWR was born to allow anyone who wants to be on top of their game to take control. Classes are designed to improve the different aspects of performance to give you a holistic training experience. Expect a fun and engaging mix of strength, agility, endurance, balance, speed, and many more elements.
