What you can expect:
- Learn the fundamental principals and proper techniques of yoga backbends for different body requirements, even if you are inflexible
- Understand that backbends is not just about the flexibility in the spine, but also strength in other parts of the body
- Stretch and strengthen the entire posterior chain to support safer entries, healthier alignments and longer holds in your backbends practice
- Prepare the body for backbends with the usage of yoga props, including wheel, rope, strap and blocks
- Explore beautiful heart-opening backbend poses that will transform your personal yoga practice
