PODIUM is our brand new training program, built to prep you for PODIUM Series #1 on 2 Aug!

This phase is all about performance! We’re building stronger and more complete athletes both under load and under pressure 🏋🏻‍♀️

Strength Endurance, XTX and HIRT are back, bringing the intensity right from the start. Expect sessions that challenge your engine, test your pacing, and push your ability to sustain output when fatigue kicks in 😮‍💨

In Mixed Strength, we continue to prioritise main lifts early so you can focus on quality movement, stronger ex*****on and bigger progress. Across the block, we’ve layered in tempo work, pauses, and lower rep schemes to build not just raw strength, but control, positioning, and confidence under heavier loads.

This block’s key lifts:
• Incline Bench Press
• Hack Squat
• NEW lift: Sn**ch Grip Deadlift 👀

Plus, with the exciting introduction of a new program coming soon, we’re taking it even further 🥵
