In Mixed Strength, we continue to prioritise main lifts early so you can focus on quality movement, stronger ex*****on and bigger progress. Across the block, we’ve layered in tempo work, pauses, and lower rep schemes to build not just raw strength, but control, positioning, and confidence under heavier loads.
