⚡ Divisions: Rookie // Open // Pro

4 zones. 15 minutes each. Strength, conditioning, strength endurance, and a finisher that’ll get the whole room going.

Team up with your gym bro or bestie, or you can pair up with members from other BFT studios OR non-BFT members entirely. All pairings welcome! 👋🏻
