Alison’s Pilates journey began by wanting to help a family member recover from a fall. Inspired by the results its intentional and mindful movement brought, she trained with STOTT PILATES®️, and hasn’t looked back since.

With that, she hopes to create a space where you feel supported, challenged and cared for; celebrating the small wins with you!
