Seniors aged 60 and above are invited to join our FREE Gym Orientation tomorrow, from 2pm to 2.30pm, at the Level 1 Gym. Please register at the gym counter!

Staying active starts with feeling safe and confident. 💪

Our Senior-Friendly Gym Orientation is specially designed for members aged 60 and above who are new to the gym or would like a guided refresher.

Join our certified trainers, Rosalind and Fairuz, as they walk you through basic equipment usage, gym safety tips, proper etiquette and emergency procedures, so you can enjoy your workouts more independently and comfortably.

Sessions are available on 3 June and 17 June 2026, from 2pm to 2.30pm, at the Level 1 Gym.
