Healthy Wu Taiji We're a free tai chi in the park community and are not affilated to any wushu or any tai chi school.

Tai Chi is great if you:
+want to learn martial arts but don't want the demanding physical training normally associated with dynamic martial arts
+want to learn a useful exercise system purely for health benefit - not necessarily martial arts. Tai Chi can be taught and practiced as exercise, rather than as martial art.
+want to reap numerous healh benefits or need to correct/improve existing ailme

+have chronic conditions which prevent you from participating in more rigorous exercise
+want an exercise system that will keep both body and mind healthy
+ want an exercise system that can take you to a ripe old age. It is also great for kids and younger adults, but most younger people like to learn more dynamic exercise. The health benefits of practising Tai Chi are far more obvious to a mature body. In short, Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and physical conditions
