Dear Parents,
Congratulations to our Zumba K1 & K2 children of 2026! 🎉
This group of children has the longest foundation in Zumba training, and it truly shows in their amazing coordination, confidence, and fitness level.
They come to class full of zest and fire, and they are now 100% hungry for more movement.
Watching them move comfortably with their bodies and enjoy music so naturally is such a joy.
They don’t even need to understand the language of the song — to them, music is music.
They absorb the beat, feel the rhythm, follow the trainer’s cues, and take on the exercise with them happily.
Because of the strong foundation they have built over the past years,
I can now take more time to:
✅Correct their posture
✅Challenge them to the next level (higher, lower, faster, more focus, more control)
✅Strengthen their muscles and coordination
In Zumba, we also have progression — not just in songs but in fitness movements.
This means:
🧨More standing exercises
🧨More coordination routines for muscle control
🧨More cardio
🧨More pattern recognition to enhance memory and focus
All of this is still done in a fun and rhythmic way.
With these challenges, children may feel more tired after class. And that is a good sign.
If your child says, “Zumba was fun but tiring,” it means they tried the drills, felt their muscles working, and gave their best effort. With practice, tiredness turns into mastery.
Your children have come so far, and this journey is not built by me alone — SL teachers are always there cheering them on too.
SL SK is truly a model centre for Zumba enrichment. Your children have amazed interns, relief teachers, and even principals from other centres with their confidence and energy.
Together, let’s stay on the same page to build strong, resilient, and joyful children through movement.
With that, I wish all our kids happiness, good health, and many more fun Zumba moments ahead. 💖
Warm regards,
Ms Dian
