Time to start the next chapter!. Never easy but you are not alone…

It has been an amazing 4 years and It is not about the end it is about the journey!

The JurongCBD studio has been a 2nd home for so many of us. When we opened there is no way we could have imagined a business would truly transform to being a family, a community as strong and connected as this one. Truly amazing ❤️.

These 4 walls of JurongCBD have given so many people so much. It has been a place..
💙where
you come for your physical health and mental health.
❤️Where you forget about all the stresses for that 45 mins.
🤍Where you come in unenergised and a bad mood and you leave with a smile and energy to take on the world.
💙Where you test your mind and body.
❤️Where you push yourself further than ever expected. And it feels great!
🤍Where you just want to stay and hang a little longer…
💙Where you laugh together.
❤️Where you cry together.
🤍Where you share sweat with others and that is normal.
💙Where you look your worst but feel your best.
❤️Where people love you when you look your worst🤣
🤍Where you have a trainer pushing you and you can not use physical violence against them. Words can work!
💙Where you make life long friends and never let them go. Promise us NEVER let them go!

The doors have closed but so so much keeps going… do not stop your fitness journey. You are given only one body in this life respect it and love it!

Where do I begin … the trainers…
the heart
the light
and the soul
of JurongCBD.

We have always said we were meant to come together!! I have watch you all
grow individually and collectively in so many ways, both personally and professionally. You have been there for me and for each other.. when sometime you did not even know. I am as proud as any mom would be of their own children.

These “trainer” did not just do their job they were paid for over the last 4 years they..
supported people, guided people, inspired people,
cared for people, pushed people, lectured people
…they were never were “just” trainers! They are the best group of trainers I have ever met, and more so just amazing super humans!

We will be forever connected and there for each other.

I want to Thank you for absolutely everything you have done for me and the hundreds of people who have come in and out of this studio. The last few day has shown you the care and love you have created in this space. A home for sooo many! (No more blue track naps)
My respect for you all is enormous and my gratitude will never be repaid!

Keep pushing and inspiring- that is who you are.
Be you.
Never let anyone change you.
Build, grow and learn always.
Love and forgive.
Stay fit. Mind and body.
