We are so so proud of this legend for embracing our training plan and achieving his goals!
His challenge was 3 months to lose some weight, build some lean muscle and gain strength!
I think we can all agree that after only 3 months only of 2 sessions per week and following our guidance Adil has achieved some awesome results!

Get your cardio workout and at the some time using this explosive movement to improve athletic performance.
It may look easy but give it a go with a 4 kg ball.
It’s not always easy to have a smooth upper body rotation.
Strong core is a must, good mobility and upper and lower body strength. .
