Evolt 360 vs DEXA — How accurate is it?

Tested under identical conditions (same day, 30 mins apart, fasted).

Results:
• Total Body Fat % difference: 3.52%
• Weight difference: 0.57%
• Lean Mass difference: 1.31%
• Fat Mass difference: 2.58%

While visceral fat readings showed a larger variance (80.8%), overall total body fat mass remained closely aligned.

Conclusion:
Evolt 360 delivers results comparable to DEXA for overall body composition, with differences mainly in how visceral fat is measured.
