Cyber bullying in Social Media
Singapore, January 29, 2022; We are aware of the viral postings on Social Media posted by several players from ALMGHTY about our team and specifically to one of our player, “Muffin.” As recently crowned “Champions” for Singapore region and a SG representative for the upcoming PMPL MYSGPH, this is highly disrespectful from these players coming from a recognized organization such as Almghty.
We and especially Muffin, did not consent to be part of this degrading “memes.” Muffin is remorseful and has apologised to our management for his role in the livestream of one of our player. Muffin has been given a stern warning for his actions.
We as an E-sports team do not condone such behaviour. As the TGR brand is also a sponsor to a team in the Pro League, the actions of the players from Almghty is also affecting the said team.
We are willing to discuss with the relevant parties involved for any settlements, if any while we are seeking advice from our legal representative before proceeding on our next course of action.
