After a blocker landed securely, he turned and hit the mesh of the net between the antennae with his shoulder.

Ruling
No fault. Because the action of playing the ball was complete before he turned, the contact with the net is not a fault.
Rules 11.3.1, 11.4.4

IMO, the challenge happened during mid-play. Even if the net touch is “invalid”, a re-serve should be awarded. Not sure if they lost the point due to the unsuccessful challenge. Giving a re-serve is inline with the vball philosophy of keep the balls flying.
