This Monday is Vesak Day, and MatLife BJJ will be running a special holiday schedule so you can still get your rolls in before enjoying the rest of the day!

Here’s the lineup:

🥋 Little Warriors (Ages 4–5) – 9:15 AM
🥋 Medium Monstros (Ages 6–8) – 10:00 AM
🥋 Junior Champions (Ages 9–15) – 11:00 AM
🥋 Adult BJJ (All Levels) – 12:30 PM

📍 Please note: The gym will be closed after 3pm

🥋 Adult BJJ Classes – Hybrid Format 🤼‍♂️

At MatLife BJJ, our Adult BJJ classes follow a Hybrid Format, where Gi and NoGi students train together in the same class.

We don’t limit our instruction based on what you wear — we teach Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you’re gripping sleeves or slipping underhooks, the focus stays on solid technique and real application.
