Nu har det nog blivit dags att kicka igång den här sidan igen, även om Facebook gör sitt bästa för att dämpa företagssidor.
Det senaste året har jag jobbat stenhårt med att belysa de händelser som händer i världen som inte media alltid lyfter, detta har gjort att jag har fått pausa många av mina arbetsuppdrag då jag verkligen prioriterat min nya passion. Det är ingen passion jag valde, det är en passion som är så viktig för mig, för att jag har barn. Och de flesta av dessa mål och agendor riktar sig mot barnen.

Nu har det blivit dags att folusera på lösningar och människor. Det är dags att fokusera på människor som lider av ångest eller andra känslomässiga svårigheter som en följd av dessa 3 år. Jag har sedan 2015 jobbat som mental tränare där jag både föreläser men också tar emot klienter one on one. Jag har tidigare fokuserat mycket mer på business men vad jag ser och har sett under lång tid är föräldrar som inte orkar mer, människor som är helt slutkörda av allt som har hänt och kommer att hända. Återigen påverkar det barnen mest.
Därför är jag nu öppen för bokningar igen och kommer sålla hårt bland de klienter jag tar. Jag kommer ta en handfull för att hinna med. Är du förälder, oroar dig för allt som händer och känner dig orolig för att inte vara en bra förälder? Spiller ångesten ut över dina barn? Har du inte barn men finner det svårare att hantera allting?

Jag trodde aldrig att jag någonsin skulle slåss för ett land eller dess mänskliga rättigheter. Hela min vakna tid går nu till att slåss samma land som jag flydde till för just de rättigheterna när jag som ett litet barn flydde ett krig. Till min lycka ser jag hur fler och fler nyktrar till, som ur en dålig fylla börjar de vakna till och börjar få ordning på tankarna. Men vi har förstörd någonting som inte kan repareras, vår tillit.

Never has it ever been so important to slow down. Slow down the thinking, the acting, the decision making, the movements, even the feelings. Just. Slow. Down.
This speed is what makes us act irrationally, it's what makes us act from fear instead of logic or love, it's what makes people turn on each other instead of taking a breath and understand we all want the same thing. Well, almost all.
Even though I'm very experienced in meditation, I still find myself "out of my body" during these fast paced times. So much to do, so many things happening around us. A good way to slow down is stopping everything you are doing, just for 108 seconds and land in your body again.

Your energy body will float up above your head when you're stressed. Bring it back down so you feel your hands, feet, face, heartbeats, your butt on the chair your sitting on. Just land back inside your body. That's it. It will slow down everything just notch so you can think, feel, breathe and see things more clearly.
I find myself needing to do this a couple of times a day. Try it, you will feel so much better
This is the time to tune in. Call it whatever you like, just tune in and connect back with yourself. We're soon in another, better frequency ♥️

5 SUPER POWERFUL MIND HACKS FOR GOALS 👇
If you haven't started working on your goals yet, you might be following your old pattern of making false promises.
The first days of the year and until mid February you can't relax. I know you're all like "I've got plenty of time" but that's exactly what messes up your goals all the time. Use the energy of the first days.
So here's my powerful tips from my course "Habit Hacking" to get your year started for real this time.
This was one of my goals last year. And symbolically I started this year with flexing with one of my new super skills.

1. Super downsize your goal tasks. If your goal is to have written a book this year, break down your goal to something you can do everyday. For example: write 2 sentences everyday.
2. Work on 1 to maximum 3 goals at a time and they need to be something you can work on everyday.
3. Never let more than 2 days pass without working on your goal. Because then you need to start the momentum again.
4. Start with something stupid simple.
If goal is writing a book, make the first step writing one word. Only one. Next day 2 words. This is how you start the momentum and get energy going.
5. Never multi-task. When working on your goals, make it the one and only task you're working on. Start a pomodoro timer (Google and get an app for it)

Good luck! But you won't need luck with these powerful mind hacks.

Idag på . Det gör mig glad att de pratar med alla sidor. En oro för alla med en annan åsikt än majoriteten är alltid hur man ska framställas och klippas ihop i mainstream media. Jag har blivit intervjuad i P4 flera gånger och det har alltid varit sakligt och omanipulerat.
Idag jobbar jag på nya videos. Svenska och engelska. Du hittar länken till detta inslag och alla videos i länken i bion.
Allt jag pratat om under åren med mental träning och psykisk hälsa når sin spets nu. Det är nu vi behöver all stryka och hacks vi kan använda för att ta oss igenom dessa tider. Så jag kommer fortsätta prata om situationen som råder och vad vi kan göra för att hjälpa varandra och oss själva.

Bad things happen when good people decide to do nothing.
We are in a time in our history when we learn a lot about ourselves. We need to get our world back.
I am worried everyday about the mental health about our children, our young people and everyone suffering from anxiety and depression. This isolation we've been in for 2 years now has taken lives. Lately I've been fighting harder than I ever have as I see our freedoms being taken away form us bit by bit. As someone that works with people I see what it's doing to our mental health. We need to look inside, now more than ever. We need to meditate and take care of ourselves. Fear makes us weak. We need to take care of ourselves and each other.
Respect each other. After all of this is over we will need to find our way back to society, to each other.
Compassion and understanding has always been the way ♥️

This is Saturday. Every Monday after a new video is released I always feel like I have a ton of time before I need to get moving with the next one but then I find myself panicking Saturday evening because I have no video ready and not even any raw material 🤦🏻‍♀️
I am a lot of things but very structured..nah. Getting there!
So this is week 3 with my Monday video challenge and I must say, it's going pretty good. You can find them in the link in bio. And hey, let me know what topics you want me to talk about! I've been making breakthrough after breakthrough this weekend! Things that have been stuck in my energy and so of course getting other things stuck as well. Who wants to know more about this phenomenon by the way!? Getting energy stuck?
But that's for another day.
