GHIF Join us on a Tuesday run from Ica Folkes (7pm) & Sunday mornings (write on messenger for more info) Vi anordnar veckovis träning för studenter och andra. GHIF.

GHIF är en idrottsförening tillhörande Gästrike-Hälsinge nation. Det är en möjlighet för studenter att komma ut och träna eller att röra sig som ett avbrott i deras annars stillasittande studentliv. Vi anordnar även prova på tillfällen för nya sporter och frilufts aktiviteter som annars skulle vara svåra att komma i kontakt med för studenter med begränsad ekonomi och transportmedel. (Om föreningen

inte har just den aktiviteten som du som medlem eftersöker så kontakta föreningens ordförande. Vi kan då hjälpa dig att med GHIF starta upp den aktiviteten om du själv har engagemanget)

We are Gästrike-Hälsinge nations own Sport group. We have weekly sports and training events for students to beable to have an activ student life. Try new sports and start moving with us. (If you lack some sport in our group. Contact us and we can start it up together :) )

On August 28, Sunday, many new international students showed up for the GHIF running tour which is a 5km run that goes through some important landmarks in the city. The run was followed by a group picture at the castle and a nice fika at the GH nation. We have some very motivated new people in the group now who came on the running tour despite the pouring rain all day. Looking forward to more running events with GHIF this semester.

GHIF running - Summer Edition 🌼😁

The summer is here and our runners are making the most of it in Uppsala! Today's run was a special one. The runners did a 10k run through håga nature reserve all the way to lake Ekoln which was followed by a nice swim in the lake to cool down. What a fun day! 😄

Hello all GH:ers!!!
Tomorrow friday at 17 we are a few who will meet up at "Studenternas IP" (Link below) in the center to Ice skate and play som chill Hockey/Bandy for them who want to join.
Feel free to come and play :)
There are no place to rent near by but "Fritidsbanken" (see link below) have so you can loan if there are any available or you can rent elswhere in the city.

Some information regarding GHIF-volleyball!
We will continue our sessions on sundays and we also hope to have a team in the 1177-campus series.
