Here’s how to turn working out into a habit you actually enjoy👇🏼

1️⃣ Make it enjoyable → Movement should feel good, not like a punishment. When you love the process, it becomes something you look forward to!
2️⃣ Consistency > intensity → It’s not about going all out every day. Even small steps count. Show up regularly, and the results will follow.
3️⃣ Shift your mindset → Replace “I have to work out” with “I get to move my body.” Movement is a celebration✨
