Officially a BodyCombat Instructor!

Many people have told me:
- you are not made for this
- you dance, stick to that
- this is not for you
- you are weak
- not good enough

And that only made me limit myself and stop growing

Este incredibil Cum corpul se schimba atat de mult ca sa creeze viata si Cum nu te deranjeaza Asta. Mai Tare am simtit in primul trimestru - care, sa fiu foarte sincera, nu a fost cu ’norisorul pe care plutesc toate femeile insarcinate’.
Va aduceti aminte de senzatia pe care o aveti d**a Ce mancati muuuult prea mult pepene?
Cam asa m-am simtit in primul trimestru…plus greata non stop: de la suportabil la….eu nu mai fac nimic…Nici macar sa miros Sau sa merg cu masina (si cand ma ridicam din pat era riscant:)) )
Ma simteam bine doar cand ma antrenam…atat 🙈
In al doilea trimestru ma simt mai bine decat inainte de sarcina❤️
Da! Ma antrenez in fiecare zi…uneori chiar de 4 ori pe zi…si Da, antrenament cu bara si greutati (Asta nu recomand decat cuiva care a facut Asta inainte de sarcina si corpul este 100% adaptat efortului)
Daca nu ai facut miscare, recomand: Yoga, Pilates (fara cateva exercitii - Mai Ales in al doilea trimestru - exercitii pe abdomen - exclus) va pot spune care sunt 🤗
Daca esti insarcinata te incurajez sa mergi mai departe exact la fel ca inainte de sarcina. Fii activa! Bea multa apa! Ai incredere in corpul tau! ❤️

In al treilea trimestru….Nici nu ma mai gandesc…Atunci Cresti cel mai mult…deja ma rostogolesc…dar vedem 😂

P.S. Deja face karate…mai tarziu oare cat de Tare loveste? 🙃
