Om 360Player

360Player är ett digitalt utvecklingsverktyg som är framtaget för fotbollsspelare och tränare. Syftet är att ge alla spelare samma förutsättning för optimal utveckling, oavsett bakgrund, ålder, fysisk mognad och individuell styrka/svaghet. En av fördelarna med 360Player är att alla aktiviteter kan loggas, vilket gör att man enkelt kan följa varje spelares individuella utveckling. Vi bakom 360Player har följt ungdomsfotboll i Sverige i många år och på senare tid även ungdomslag i Barcelona. Efter att ha studerat svenska och internationella fotbollslag kan vi konstatera att det finns liknande fundamentala problem överallt. Fotbollsklubbar- och akademier runt om i världen missar 60-70% av potentiella fotbollstalanger, dels på grund av att de väljer spelare som är födda tidigt på året och är tidigt utvecklade och dels för att spelare som är födda sent på året och är sent utvecklade väljer att sluta i förtid. Vi har en lösning på detta problem med målet att få många fler att fortsätta spela fotboll långt upp i åldern utan att fysisk mognad ska bli en parameter som avgör när man slutar. Vi har analyserat 2 500 professionella fotbollsspelare och skapat en unik algoritm – detta är grunden till 360Player och våra skräddarsydda funktioner. Vårt koncept bygger alltså på fakta, men också på vår vision om att kunna förändra fotbollsspelares sätt att utvecklas. För oss är det en självklarhet att alla ska ha samma möjlighet att utvecklas, oavsett när man är född på året eller hur långt man kommit i sin fysiska mognad. 360Player hjälper tränare att enkelt uppmärksamma varje spelare och att prioritera individuell utveckling. Ingen glöms bort. Alla får samma chans. 360Player stärker lagkänslan samtidigt som fokus ligger på att motivera den enskilde spelaren till att öva och bli bättre på sina prioriterade områden.
