Do more of what makes you happy and less of what you dont actually like. It sounds easy, but we all struggle with this from time to time and especially during the holidays. A little reminder and the smallest adjustment can be so helpful. Go for that little walk on your own, or close the door to the bedroom and put your feel good music on for 10 minutes and dance like crazy 😉 or just pause for some lovely breathwork 😍Merry Christmas 🎅🏻🎄
