You are the sum of 5 people you surround yourself with. This can be applied to any area of life. So who is pushing you to excell? This is why we are mostly training in groups of 3 (2+coach also works) as recommended by Strength Sensei
and are putting in good effort in in-season training. One time slot available now. Do you have friends who are serious about improving their quality of life and you want to share this with? DM to apply in groups of 2 or 3

Stängerna och vikterna är i huvudsak av märket Eleiko.
Vet ni något (håll ögonen öppna på t ex blocket) hör av er till eller anonymt till Polisen då anmälan är upprättad. -
