No one cares about mobility till they get injured.
I was the same, lifting heavy all the time and not spending adequate time on joint mobility and I payed the price.
These days I almost spend more time with mobility training then anything else, because mobility isn’t just being flexible it’s about being strong in every range of movement and having control over your entire body and it’s movement patterns.

If someone tells you to eat a specific food as it will help you magically burn fat give them a hi 5 to the face.
To achieve fat loss you need to be in a calorie deficit!!
You don’t need celery dipped in spicy salsa to increase your fat burning abilities.
Obviously sleeping enough, eating nutrient dense food and exercise are going to help with your metabolism.
But even if your metabolism is as slow as a snail all you need is a calorie deficit to lose fat💥.
