A STRONG army of soldiers that uses their heart and smile AS only weapons, loves every aspect of LIFE and lifts some pretty good amounts of weights per week. A community of people that loves the world of health and well-being and are happy to reach out a helping hand where it's needed. It all started 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden, as a brotherhood inside of the gym.
