One of the biggest brands in the Nordics out of 5,000 group training instructors across 70+ gyms in Stockholm, I’ve been recognized — something I never take for granted.
I’m also humbled to be the only PT and instructor in SATS offering calisthenics classes in South Stockholm.
Calisthenics is more than training — it’s about progress, patience, and discovering what your body can do step by step. 💪

2025 threw its fair share of challanges my way. But despite everything, I showed up, pushed through, and crossed the finish line with a new personal best. 🥳

I'm grateful, and I'm reminded why I keep coming back to this.
It's became a tradition - a tough, muddy, incredibly rewarding tradition.

And I couldnt do it without the best fans. 👩‍👧
