1. Football. Do your position work, your skills, etc. We include this and map it out so that it goes from learning general change of direction and deceleration to more complex football movements and position (Indy) drills
2. Speed. Honestly unless you’re the fastest guy at your position in your league you need to improve. Even then you should still seek to improve speed since it has all the benefits of making you stronger and also more athletic.
3. Strength. The foundation upon which its all built. You don’t have to be strong to be fast. But strength training no doubt helps keep you healthy and make sure that you can play an entire season.
