Hollywood PTn FD livvakt och PT i Hollywood som nu är i Sverige igen med ett uppdrag. Att hjälpa klienter som in Han har även sin egen Hollywood-story.

Men Sebastian har inte bara skyddat livet och fått Hollywood-eliten i form. Under några svåra år kantade av depressioner gick Sebastian upp till 190 kilo och framtiden såg inte ljus ut. Men en dag fick han nog och tog fram en alldeles unik strategi för att mentalt och fysiskt ta sig tillbaka. Idag har Sebastian gått ner över 90 kilo och han är här för att hjälpa dig. Oavsett vilken ursäkt du har för dig själv, så har Sebastian sett, hört och upplevt dem, fast värre!

Sometimes, you feel just to kick off the day with a big fuc......kick.
Those of you who are like me and have to fight around the clock to be able to controle your dark demons so they dont eat you up totally understand what I mean. For there are an incredible number of extremely negative people on this planet. But let them never be able to affect you mentally then negativity won.And the negative will never win over the positive.
