Time to get real.. with a side video of me distracted and upside down whilst I was meant to be learning choreography for core today 🤭

These least few weeks, have been insane.. and I am so freaking grateful to all my participants, you guys know who you are!

Zumba, Strong and Flexible and Core.. I have no words, despite the reduced class sizes, the shortened classes and the rules, you guys show up, you show your support and the best part? you always have a smile on your face, you always want the music turned up high, and never judge me for my terrible Swedish (I'm working on that one.. still).. its actually insane how amazing you are.

We are always learning, always growing and personally I've been working my little b***y off on new choreography for all of my classes, and seeing you guys smash it in class?! makes it so worth worthwhile.. so tack så mycket.

SATS fam.. See you tomorrow ❤️
