Stockholm Forró Project Forró Project is an initiative to promote the Brazilian music and dance of forró in Stockholm.

OUR VISION
We envision a big forró community positively influencing our society by strengthening our appreciation for forró music and dance, as well as promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion through music and dance. OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to arrange quality dance events in a friendly and creative atmosphere that promotes our values so that dancers get inspired to spread harmony in our society, learn dancing and enjoy. OUR GOALS:
- Build a community
- Promote forró in Sweden
- Promote our values

Söndagen den 20 september bjuder vi in till en härlig kväll i södra Stockholm ombord på båten Vieille Montagne. Kvällen börjar med en danslektion och fortsätter med en fest fylld av brasilianska rytmer! 🇧🇷✨

Aldrig dansat forró?
Inga problem! Vi startar alltid våra evenemang med en grundläggande danslektion. Perfekt för nybörjare!

Ingen danspartner?
Det behövs inte. I forró byter vi ofta danspartners under lektionen och festen – det är en del av charmen! 🥰

Stockholm Forró Project 2026 continues 💃🕺🇧🇷

We’ve already shared so many beautiful moments this year, and there’s still plenty more dancing ahead.

Our monthly Workshop and Party dates continue throughout 2026. Same place. Same vibe. More forró, music, and community on the water.

Every event starts with a beginner friendly workshop followed by a Brazilian forró party.

No partner or experience needed. Come as you are.
