Running is magic!!

Pretty busy period of the year at the moment and I woke up with a big messy pile of things “to do” in my head.

After the run, all the things have just magically fallen into place and I can now put it to the side and enjoy my weekend.

𝕎𝕙𝕪 𝕀 𝕕𝕠 𝕐𝕠𝕘𝕒….

I hope you all are having a fantastic summer wherever you are in the world 🌎. We’re spending most of it in and around Gothenburg. Don’t want to leave the new kittens home alone 💛🐈.

I often get the question ”Is Yoga all you train nowadays?”. Based on my posts it might seem that way 😁.

But the answer is absolutely NOT!

I love both Running and Strength training and the reason I do Yoga is that it makes it possible for me to train more without getting injured. I’m averaging more running km and more time in the gym the last year and I feel stronger and less tired than ever.

The Yoga workout helps me fix imbalances, improve mobility and to build strength at every length. It also helps me recover faster so I’m ready for another running or strength session soon again.

Reaching a goal comes down to consistency. Even the best program in the world is useless if you keep having to take breaks due to injuries.
