My tools for a good morning routine, I try to do my postural workout everyday, truth is I don’t. But at least five times a week.

The goal is to get a body that’s in balance and work like a team every joint knows it’s position and every muscle knows it’s job.

For a lot of years every joint where in the wrong position and pretty much not a single muscle did what it was supposed to do.

The last few months I’ve gotten results from over 6 years of struggling and even though it’s a long way to go my body hasn’t felt better since I woke up with a broken back those 6 years ago.

It will be a good year for those who put in the work, thanks to everybody that has helped me during this journey🙏

1 week done now another 2 weeks out of the kayak and then the training for 2020 season can begin 👌 still coaching the kids 4 days a week hoping they don’t catch up too fast....

Go tight on gate 10 and see where I end up for 11. I have to admit I didn't see where I would end up but luckily it was next to 11 a backstroke later I was out of eleven and on my way to a double win in the last competition of the year 💪 as the speaker said "Ludwig is back in business"

A good season with competitions in Sweden and only podium results (what I can remember) Thanks .se for believing in me.

Walkfeeling coaches from all over Sweden met and discussed our movement, the relation to our bodies and the potential of how free we can be in our bodies.

Every time we meet I get more and more clues on how to free my body from pain and restrictions.

Helt slt när jag kom hem efter svenska mästerskapen i Kanotslalom som slutade med 3 bronsmedaljer för mig. Gladast är jag för den i K1 min huvudgren. Jag lyckades sätta ihop mig mentalt och bara gasa järnet två för mig helt fantastiska åk.

Nu är jag på gång på riktigt!

Nästa planerade tävling är världsrankingtävlingen i Prag början på augusti!

Går förbi forsen hemma i Nyköping efter en helgs utbildning nere i Göteborg med .se Samtalen med rörelsecoacherna från hela Sverige ger mig nya idéer och tankar och en klarare syn på vad jag behöver för att utvecklas ännu mer i forsen.

A part of my race today at the Swedish cup in Nyköping that ended with a 5th place in the senior and 7th place overall.

I had a good race until gate 11 that I had to redo and that cost some time. Teqnique is alright but the physique needs to improve alot and it will!

Next race tomorrow again!

The Kayak is prepped and ready for the competition tomorrow

The Swedish cup in canoe slalom is held in Nyköping where I get to compete against amongst others and there will be a fight! Come and see first start 12:00 both Saturday and Sunday.

Jag kan erkänna att jag såg lite mer än vad ni ser på dagens kilometer men inte mycket. Det är spännande att springa obanad terräng med dålig lampa(mobilen) en får lita på känslan i foten istället för vad en ser. Liksom låta foten anpassa sig till vart den landar istället för att sätta ner den där det är plant och fint.

Spring, spring, spring det här jag blivit bra på utan att skada mig men hästsparken i låret för en månad sen den var svår att värja sig emot men det blir bättre och bättre nu springer jag lite grann iallafall!
