Ready to join our setting team? 🪨🔥

Great climbing doesn’t happen by accident. We’re expanding our setting team and looking for Setters / Junior Setters across Copenhagen & Malmö!

This is your chance to help shape the climbing experience at one of the fastest-growing bouldering brands in Scandinavia.

Here’s what the role looks like:
🪨 3 to 4 setting days per week.
🔄 Skill-Exchange programme with other gyms within our group (and beyond!).
💯 Real opportunity for growth and additional roles within the organisation.
🎟️ Free membership across all Beta Boulders gyms (for you and a +1 of your choice).
🎁 Access to Industry Events and yearly gear rewards.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Some commercial setting experience (competition or gym setting a plus, but not essential for junior applicants).
✅ A creative eye and passion for setting for ALL levels.
✅ Good communication and a team-first attitude.
✅ Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
✅ Someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock in.
✅ Right to Work in the European Union (Copenhagen or Malmö based).

⏳While we wait for the opening… time for another fun fact!

🌶️ Fun Fact #3
Most gyms squeeze in a yoga corner. We built a whole room.

🧘 A dedicated yoga space where you can stretch, breathe, and actually recover… plus we'll host special activities and workshops in there!

And while we were at it… we built a dedicated kids' wall too 👧
A safe space for the little ones, separate from the main gym, where they can explore climbing on their own terms 🧗
