This semester, we’re giving our students even more opportunities to dance, practice and build confidence on the social dance floor😎

A practica is an open dance floor after classes - no teaching, no pressure. Just music, dancing and a chance to practice what you’ve learned✨

⏰ Approx. 1–1.5 hours after classes, depending on attendance.

🎟 FREE for United Dance Studios students

Tonight we had Pilates, Salsa & Urban Kiz filling the studios — from strength and control to salsa energy and smooth Urban Kiz vibes💃🕺

Three days in, so many classes, so many faces and such an amazing atmosphere throughout the school! 🥹❤️

Due to the amazing interest from so many ladies wanting to join a choreography project, we’re opening a brand-new group! 💃🔥

Alkyonides is a Salsa Ladies Choreography Project following the Mambo Vikings training program — combining choreography, technical training and regular salsa classes to help you develop as a stronger and more complete dancer.
