Elite Predator X AB is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive merger agreement with [Aqualix Esports AS], a leading provider of esports in EU and NA region.

This merger with [Aqualix], based in Norway, further strengthens our position in the esports market. The combination of Aqualix’s management and structure with our reach and expertise will provide our clients and partners.

This partnership is also expected to result in greater efficiency in esports for all regions of Elite PredatorX and Aqualix which will be renamed as Aqualix Elite as our sister org.
