With an egg and veggie breakfast burrito you get to start your day strong, the perfect post-morning workout fuel. 🌯🥚
Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup spinach, chopped
1 whole grain tortilla
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Salsa, optional
Instructions:

Scramble eggs in a pan with bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
Place scrambled eggs in the tortilla.
Top with shredded cheese and salsa.
Roll up the tortilla and enjoy.

Time for some vegetarian delight✨!
Chickpea and Spinach Curry
Warm up after your workout with Chickpea and Spinach Curry! Plant-based protein and hearty greens for ultimate recovery.
Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
Stir in chickpeas, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Stir up your recovery with this Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry! Lean beef and colorful veggies make the perfect post-workout meal. 🥩🥦 ✌🏻
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice, cooked
200g lean beef strips
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:

Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
Stir-fry beef strips in sesame oil until browned.
Add garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
Serve over brown rice.
